Factory Career Full Time And Part Time
A few weeks ago while driving home to my house I noticed a lack of “blue collar” jobs in the Sims 4. So I decided to look up tutorials and make my own instead. My s/o helped me with making titles for the career levels as I have zero experience working in factory.
This a factory career mod where your sim has the option to work full-time or part-time. Or both if money is a goal for your sims.
There is a full-time option with 3 branches leading you down the management, product designer, or undecided route. The management route focuses on charisma and handiness, while the product designer route focus on handiness and rocket science. In the undecided route, for gameplay purposes, if you want your sim to just stay where they are in their career, that is an option. If they change their mind later use MC Command Center to reset your career branch. Your sim works full time and start’s their work day at 9 am but each day is 10 hours each and it’s Monday-Thursday. There is more vacation days when starting this career compare to the normal 3 with most careers.
With two part-time options one of them is on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and your sim gets paid extra per hour for working the weekend with a higher bonus each time they get promoted. Another is just on Saturday and Sunday with shorter hours, ideal for a teenager or sim in college.
if you want your sims to work 2 jobs at once, you will need a mod. I recommend Unlimited Jobs+ by Turbodriver
Each job is in its own package in the zip files, therefore it’s easy to delete the ones that you do not want in your game.
This base game compatible and you do not need any other DLC for this mod to run.

PT Factory

Level 1: Button Pusher

At Sixam LLC. we don’t just make parts or products only on the weekdays, we make them on the weekend as well. Need extra money and working weekdays at Sixam isn’t enough for you? Work overtime at the factory! Just looking for a weekend job? We got that covered too! Note: You may need a mod in order to work 2 different jobs at the same time.
Level 1: Botton Pusher
Description:
Until {0.SimFirstName} can prove {M0.he’s}{F0.she’s} capable of being a good worker, they will just remain a button pusher until they prove themselves to not make bad parts.

Full Time:
Factory
At Sixam LLC. We make parts for every day necessities, such as phones, pc, cars, etc. You name it, we make it! Why not join our company and learn a new craft? With only 4 days of work with 10 hours each, your sim will have more time on the weekend to relax and spend some time living. You will be in a building away from the public, so you can wear whatever you want to work! Remember to tie your hair back and not wear loose clothing as it can get caught in a machine. We offer a generous package by offering more PTO than other companies. No high school degree or higher education? No worries we accept everyone from all walks of life! Branches include Management and Product Designer. There is a third branch called undecided but you must have MCCommandCenter to restart your branch.

Description:
Hold up, {0.SimFirstName} thought {M0.he}{F0.she} was going to design parts. Nope, they will be supporting technicians in making more advanced parts needed for rocket ships to go to outer space. What do you mean you thought we didn’t make spaceship parts? Well, did you look at the company name? Oh, and that huge bonus we gave you? Find use of it and buy yourself a rocket ship to practice your skills. Or not, it’s your call.

Description:

Which reminded {0.SimFirstName} of the time they were a simple button pusher that made it to the top like they are now.
